Welcome to the Tioga County Clerk eSearch site.

We are happy to provide you with this service to save you the time and the expense of having to visit our office in person.  Guest users may view the indices only (no images).  An account and subscription are needed to view and/or print images.  Creating an account is quick and easy.   However before you begin, please read the site requirements located to the left of this message box. These requirements will ensure the site functions properly and delivers the intended usage experience.  Our eSearch instructions and fees are listed below.  Note: for online payment we currently accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.  See Payment Options below for further details and options.

Please read the instructions prior to creating your new account:

1.       Fill out the registration form by clicking the “Create an Account” link to the left underneath the login box. (When creating a username please do not use spaces or punctuation)

2.       Accept the user agreement.

3.      Select a Subscription that best fits your needs.  Note: You will be prompted to renew your subscription automatically when access to your account expires. No refunds will be given for any unused subscriptions. 

4.       Congratulations! You now have access to the site. 

 Payment Options:

1. PayPal, Visa, MasterCard - If you will be printing a lot of documents, it is recommended that you fund a pre-paid account.  A pre-paid account will allow you to make purchases from your shopping cart without having to enter your PayPal or credit card information each time you check out your cart.  Note: you have to have an active subscription to use the funds on a pre-paid account and pre-paid funds cannot be used to purchase a subscription.

2. Pay at our office in-person or through the mail - If you intend to create an account and print images but do not want to use PayPal or a credit card, it will be necessary to fund a pre-paid account. To pay thru the mail, please send a check made payable to the Tioga County Clerk along with the name, address, phone number, and email that will be on the eSearch account.  Our mailing address is P.O. Box 307, Owego, NY 13827.  If you require a receipt, please also send a self-addressed stamped envelope.  We will create the account, add the funds, and contact you to give you the login credentials.  Note: you must have an active subscription to use pre-paid funds and pre-paid funds cannot be used to purchase a subscription.  We accept credit/debit cards in-person in our office but not over the phone.    

Paypal will take you to another webpage, you will then need to go back to the log in page and enter the User ID and Password you created.
